Cancellations, and Refund Policy

Miraqls is operated by KRIGATO India Pvt. Ltd., our cancellation, and refund policies are clearly defined as follows.

Once a customer booked and paid for an event, or for a competition or for an exhibition cancellation is generally not allowed.

Customers are therefore advised to review the event/competition/exhibition details and terms & policies carefully - including descriptions, offerings, rules for participation - and to make a considered decision before booking. Since each event/exhibition/competitions contain limited slots of admissions cancellation would result in financial loss, denial of participation oppurtunity to other potential participants, Miraqls is committed to maintaining a strict no-cancellation policy.

In rare cases where Miraqls is unable to conduct the event/exhibition/competition on the mentioned date due to any circumstances, the booking will be cancelled by Miraqls, and the full amount will be refunded to the customer within the standard processing timeline.

In addition to the above mentioned general cancellation policy each event/exhibiton/competition may contain specific rules for cancellation and refunds, and in this case those rules will be mentioned specifically in this page under the event/exhibition/competition' title.

Refunds are processed only for approved cases - that is, when the event/exhibition/competition is partially or fully cancelled, customer choose to cancel when the event/exhibition/competition is postponed to a new date and the customer don't wish to participate in the new date or if the event/exhibition/competition specifically allows cancellaton.

Penalties may apply for cancellation of an event/exhibition/competition which allows cancellation. Rules for penalties will be mentioned specificlly on under the event/exhibition/competitions's title.

Miraqls’s refund policy is designed to protect both the interests of customers and Miraqls ensuring that genuine issues are resolved while discouraging misuse of the return process.

Once a customer booked and paid for CreatAura 2026 cancellation by the customer is not allowed, hence no refunds are applicable.

100% refund will be issued to the customer if CreatAura 2026 is cancelled by Miraqls, or when the customer don't choose to participate if the competition is postponed to a new date.
