Customers must create a personal account using accurate information such as full name, active email ID, mobile number, and a valid shipping address to complete any purchase.

By registering, customers agree to provide true and updated information at all times. Use of fake names, multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes, or impersonation of another individual is strictly prohibited. Miraqls reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found engaging in suspicious or abusive activity.

Customers are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Any transaction or action carried out from their account will be deemed authorized by the customer. In case of unauthorized access, the user must immediately notify Miraqls’s support team so that prompt measures can be taken to protect the account and prevent misuse.

The creation of a customer account is subject to verification and approval by KRIGATO India Pvt. Ltd. The company reserves the right to deny access or deactivate accounts that fail to comply with its standards of authenticity, conduct, or usage policy.

All payments made on this website are processed securely through RBI-compliant and PCI-DSS-certified payment gateways. Accepted modes of payment include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Cash on delivery is not supported to ensure safety and authenticity.

KRIGATO India Pvt. Ltd. does not store or retain sensitive payment information such as card numbers or CVV codes. Once a payment is processed successfully, customers receive an electronic confirmation and payment receipt. In case of transaction failure, pending deductions, or double charges, customers may contact Miraqls’s customer service for review. Upon verification, refunds for failed transactions are processed within seven working days.

Payment disputes related to unauthorized use of credit/debit cards must be raised with the issuing bank. Miraqls will cooperate with authorities during investigation but holds no liability for issues arising from customer-side misuse or negligence.

All entry-fee, costs and prices displayed in this website are inclusive of applicable taxes as declared by the seller.

Miraqls ensures price transparency and fairness across all.

Customers are advised to review final pricing, shipping prices, tax details, and total payable amount before checkout. Miraqls reserves the right to correct typographical or pricing errors at any stage, including after order placement, with due notification and refund if required.

Bookings once placed cannot be cancelled.

Refunds are processed only in cases where any events, competitions, exhibitions are cancelled or postponed by any means.

Customers are expected to maintain respectful communication with both the sellers and Miraqls’s support team. Misuse of platform features, false complaints, or abusive communication will not be tolerated both inside and outside the platform.

Miraqls monitors account activity to ensure fair usage. Repeated fraudulent claims, intentional payment disputes, or attempts to exploit policies will result in account suspension. The marketplace maintains a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, threats, or defamation towards artisans or staff.

Miraqls adheres to Indian data protection laws and ensures full confidentiality of customer information. Data collected during registration and transactions is used strictly for order processing, communication, and service improvement.

Sensitive payment data is never stored or shared by Miraqls. The company employs secure encryption protocols for all data transfers. Customers may review or update their personal information at any time by logging into their accounts.

All transactions, communications, and disputes arising from customer activities on Miraqls shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, where KRIGATO India Pvt. Ltd. is registered.

Miraqls promotes amicable resolution through direct communication and mediation before resorting to formal legal action.
